ORDERING

Come and shop with us 24 hours. Once an order has been placed you can expect to receive an e-mail which acts as a confirmation of your order. This will be sent to the email address provided when your order was placed.

Your order will then be packed and dispatched along with a copy of the invoice which will act as your receipt. Please feel free to call 02) 9977 7511 should you wish to track your package. We have asked for a phone number so we can contact you should there be an issue with the item you have ordered.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, Paypal or Direct Transfer. Payments will be processed at the time of order placed. The credit card you are using must be yours. All credit card/debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment, we will not deliver the goods and will not be held responsible.
SHIPPING
Any purchases made within Australia will be delivered by Fastways Couriers within 1 – 5 working days from the date of purchase, depending on payment method. All customers within Australia will be charged a flat rate of $5.00 per delivery.

Overseas customers please contact us via email and we will see if we can help you.  It should be noted that fabricclothing.com.au will not be held responsible for any additional taxes incurred by your country. Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes.
SECURITY
Fabric takes every precaution to make our site as secure as possible. SSL is used to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet to ensure that your details are safe. We do not hold any payment details on record.
We do not store your credit card details; they are encrypted within your transaction.
EXCHANGES
If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange it for another size, please contact us at customercare@fabricclothing.com.au or 02) 9977 7511 within 7 days from the date of purchase and you will be sent an email containing a Return Authorisation number and instructions on returning the garment.

Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, the new size will be dispatched. Please note that customers responsible for any additional postage incurred when exchanging.
If you receive a faulty product, please notify customercare@fabricclothing.com.au immediately and the item will be exchanged for you at no additional cost.
Please note that returned goods will not be accepted without a Returns Authorisation number.
REFUNDS
If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us at customercare@fabricclothing.com.au or on 02) 9977 7511 within 7 days of receiving your purchase and you will be sent an email containing a Returns Authorisation number and instructions on returning the garment.
Once the customer has been sent a Returns Authorisation number, the item must be sent back within 10 days to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned after the 10 days will receive credit only.

Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, the purchasing amount will be credited to the purchaser’s credit card or account. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the cancellation notice. Please note that customers responsible for any additional postage incurred when refunding.

We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check the product and try it on when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with the products. Refunds and exchanges will not be permitted after 7 days from the date of purchase.
Shoes must be returned with their original designer packaging and unworn. Shoes returned without their original boxes will not be accepted. Please note that refunds will not be accepted without a Returns Authorisation number.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us and we take this very seriously. Please note that all personal details provided will remain with fabricclothing.com.au and will not under any circumstances be distributed to third parties. Your details will be kept on a private database for fabricclothing.com.au use only.

Fabricclothing.com.au collects customer’s information in an effort to improve our customer’s shopping experience and to communicate with our customers about our products, services and promotions. We collect information such as your name, e-mail and postal address that you provide to us when you place an order.

We also collect email addresses within the site so that we can send you any necessary messages about your order such as order confirmation. From time to time we will also send you information about new products to hit our website. Should you wish not to get these messages please press the unsubscribe button
